JAMIE ROY & CHARLIE TEE HEADLINE MIXOLOGY ON FRIDAY 3RD DECEMBER AT RED ROOM

We return with a cracker of a double-header line-up on Friday 3rd December. We welcome Jamie Roy and Charlie Tee to Mixology!

Jamie Roy is someone who lives and breathes underground electronic music culture in all its forms. Knowing how to connect with a crowd and intent on plotting a musical journey throughout his sets, Jamie’s abilities have been recognised by the likes of Nic Fanciulli who installed Jamie as a resident at ‘Dance or Die’ at Ushuaia, Ibiza.

The Scotsman has had an incredible 2021 culminating in the release of ‘Organ Belta’ on Patrick Topping’s ‘Trick’ label which reached the number one spot of Beatport’s house charts. As well as releases on Repopulate Mars, Unsound, Saved and Kaluki, Jamie has signed a multi-record deal to Ultra Records.

Joining Jamie on the line-up is Kiss FM’s Charlie Tee!

Charlie Tee’s approach to music is that of any true music aficionado; playing music that makes her feel, regardless of its genre. Her ability to cruise from high energy house to gritty peak time techno and then warmer dancefloor musings of disco, will see her at home on any lineup.

Broadcasting on Kiss FM for the past 6 years, Charlie has also cemented herself as a known and respected tastemaker in the UK.

As a DJ, she comes from humble beginnings, as a resident for Black Butter (exploring a myriad of house and techno sounds in the label’s early days) and as a tour DJ for Ministry of Sound. Her wealth of experience playing across the UK and Europe for the past 6 years really shows in her sets and her record bag is equipped for every eventuality. She was also entrusted to close room 1 at one of the UK’s most historical club moments of the last decade, the reopening of Fabric nightclub in 2016.

As well as our headliners, we welcome back our resident DJs: Tom Skinner, James Chan and Dan Clare (Maur) who will be warming things up nicely.

Another cracker of a Mixology awaits! We’ll see you at the front!
