Mella Dee

Closing the summer events at Mixo we have one of the most in demand DJs in the world headlining! The man responsible for possibly the biggest track of not only 2017 but also 2018! We welcome Warehouse Music’s head honcho Mella Dee to Mixology!

Influenced by the likes of Underground Resistance, Floorplan and Head High, London based Ryan Aitchison is masterfully finding his sound; creating a unique blend of driving techno by fusing elements of house with essences of disco, bleeps, hardcore and jungle.

‘Techno Disco Tool’ has been a that has transcendent throughout the dance music world with DJs such as Patrick Topping, The Black Madonna, Spencer Parker, Bicep, Daniel Avery, Haai, Mall Grab, Annie Mac, Len Faki & Darius Syrossian all supporting arguably one of the biggest dance records that has been released this decade.

Voted ‘breakthrough label of the year’ by DJ Mag, Mella Dee’s ‘Warehouse Music’ has released some incredible productions which have seen Ryan light up Annie Mac’s Lost & Found festival, Darius Syrossian’s Do Not Sleep’ at Amnesia, Gottwood, Lovebox, Parklife & Elrow. The diversity of these festivals showing the broad appeal Mella Dee has.

Joining Mella Dee on the line-up will be as always our three mega Mixo residents: Tom Skinner, Dan Clare & James Chan.

This is set to be another incredible Mixo, all in the intimate confines of Red Room.

The RED | ROOM in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire was once an old stage room to the prestigious Embassy building where artists such as the Beatles and Rolling Stones once played. Still maintaining its heritage, the RED | ROOM is now a new music based establishment aimed at showcasing artists and DJ’s from around the globe. The exciting 400 capacity venue features a powerful Martin Audio Sound System and a cleverly positioned LED DJ booth which turns the whole venue into one intimate dance floor!
