To kick off 2020, we bring you two of Europe’s most talented DJs and producers to Peterborough. We welcome Luuk van Dijk & Ben Sterling to Mixology!
Amsterdam based DJ and producer Luuk van Dijk is known for his groovy sound and prominent basslines. His discography already features massive labels such as Hot Creations, Solid Grooves, VIVa Music and Circus Recordings.
Revered as an “artist to watch” by Hot Since 82, Hector Couto, Eats Everything, Steve Lawler and Shadow Child; Luuk has played at some of the biggest parties in the world including Paradise, Awakenings, Elrow & Cocoon.
Joining Luuk on the night will be one of Britain’s must see DJs: Ben Sterling!
Influenced by his father’s golden 70-80s Disco, Electro and passion for Chicago House and Detroit Techno, Ben’s sound marries mesmerising uplifting fluidity with a nod towards Acid House and Raw Electronic Groove.
An exceptional 2019 has seen Ben play across the world, performing at the likes of WHP, DC-10, Elrow, Octan & Fabric and releasing on premier underground labels: Cr2 Records and Hot Creations.
On support as ever and warming things up nicely will be our resident DJs: Dan Clare, James Chan & Tom Skinner

The RED | ROOM in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire was once an old stage room to the prestigious Embassy building where artists such as the Beatles and Rolling Stones once played. Still maintaining its heritage, the RED | ROOM is now a new music based establishment aimed at showcasing artists and DJ’s from around the globe. The exciting 400 capacity venue features a powerful Martin Audio Sound System and a cleverly positioned LED DJ booth which turns the whole venue into one intimate dance floor!
