A breakout year in 2016 saw 3 top 10 EPs on the Beatport Tech-House Chart including ‘Cosmic’ and his ‘Def’ EP. Latmun’s productions had support ranging from the likes of Skream and Claptone to Claude VonStroke, Matthias Tanzmann & Mixo’s 5th Birthday Headliner Steve Lawler!
2017 saw Latmun’s productions continue to garner praise and support. The ‘Everybody’s Dancin’ EP’ on Green Velvet’s Relief Records secured the number 1 spot on Beatport. Following on from that chart success, Latmun released the appropriately named ‘Groove Tool’ on Lee Foss’s ‘Repopulate Mars’ and his debut EP on Hot Creations titled ‘Footsteps’.
Sell out events at the likes of The Warehouse Project, Mint Warehouse, Sankeys Ibiza; a US Tour with Solardo and upcoming sets at Hideout, We Are FSTVL and Snowbombing – it’s shaping up to be an incredible year for Latmun. The RED | ROOM in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire UK was once an old stage room to the prestigious Embassy building where artists such as the Beatles and Rolling Stones once played. Still maintaining its heritage, the RED | ROOM is now a new music based establishment aimed at showcasing artists and DJ’s from around the globe. The exciting 400 capacity venue features a powerful Martin Audio Sound System and a cleverly positioned LED DJ booth which turns the whole venue into one intimate dance floor!
