Andy Baxter & Jason Bye

He’s back!

Andy Baxter returns for his third appearance at Mixology and this time he’s bringing Jason Bye with him for a special back-to-back set on Friday 2nd December.

Another huge summer has passed in the Balearics where Andy and Jason played at the likes of Open Lab, Glitterbox and Sunday’s at Space including the club’s and Carl Cox’s swansong event which saw more than 100 DJs play over 20 hours to give the club a unique, euphoric send-off that its 27-year heritage warranted.

If you partied on the White Isle in the last decade, chances are you’ve had the pleasure to listen to Andy playing at Sankeys, Pacha, Space or Café Mambo for the likes of Pete Tong, Luciano, Solomun, Carl Cox, Erick Morillo and Defected. Andy is held with the highest regard in the scene that he had the honour of recording a mix every DJ dreams – The Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1.

Jason started his career as one of the first resident DJs for Cafe Mambo Ibiza where he still plays regularly every week during the summer.

Since then he’s held a 4-year residency at Amnesia; 12 years at We-Love Space and 3 years at Home nightclub in Sydney and London.

Please join us in the intimate surroundings of Red Room, where we’ll indulge in an epic back-to-back set from two of Ibiza’s finest resident DJs.

The RED | ROOM in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire was once an old stage room to the prestigious Embassy building where artists such as the Beatles and Rolling Stones once played. Still maintaining its heritage, the RED | ROOM is now a new music based establishment aimed at showcasing artists and DJ’s from around the globe. The exciting 400 capacity venue features a powerful Martin Audio Sound System and a cleverly positioned LED DJ booth which turns the whole venue into one intimate dance floor!
